Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms describe the conditions for using the SimpleWallet service provided by Simplewallet OÜ. The offer, plan limits and payment information shown when you order also form part of your agreement. The English version of this document is authoritative. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory applicable law.
1. The service
SimpleWallet helps you create, sign, distribute and update Apple Wallet passes. A generated pass does not itself grant admission, travel, credit or payment rights: those rights come from the issuing organisation and its arrangements with the holder.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials safe and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorised to manage. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement or the necessary permission. Report suspected unauthorised access to us.
3. Your content
You retain rights to your content and authorise us to process it as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights and a lawful basis for recipient data. Do not create fraudulent passes, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content or interfere with the service or other users.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Features, quotas, prices, taxes and billing intervals are shown in the applicable offer and Checkout. A one-time package is distinct from a recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew as disclosed until cancelled. Use the billing area to cancel future renewals; the displayed cancellation date applies. Contact us about billing errors and refunds.
5. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning conformity, withdrawal and refunds, remain applicable. EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact contact@simplewallet.eu with your order details to exercise these rights. Using the service does not by itself constitute a blanket waiver of statutory rights.
6. Availability and third parties
Apple Wallet, devices, networks and external providers affect installation and updates. A queued update does not prove delivery or display on a phone. Features may require a supported device, permissions or a particular plan. We may perform maintenance and security updates; no additional availability guarantee is made unless expressly agreed.
7. Suspension and ending the service
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or non-payment, with notice where appropriate and lawful. You may request account closure by email. Ending access does not remove lawful payment obligations or mandatory refund rights. Retention of service data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibility and changes
Each party is responsible under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or limits remedies where doing so is prohibited, including mandatory consumer protections. We communicate material changes to ongoing paid services where required; changes do not silently rewrite an already purchased offer.
9. Law and complaints
Estonian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first about complaints. Eligible consumers can seek help from the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or their competent consumer body; access to competent courts remains available.
